Position: Sous Chef

A fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client’s luxury 4-star hotel near Coleford in the Forest of Dean. The hotel features a 2AA rosette restaurant and a talented, experienced Head Chef. This is an excellent career opportunity for a dedicated culinary professional.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary up to £42,000 plus £3,000 tips, total package up to £45,000

The Role

• Manage and oversee the hotel kitchen operations
• Lead and support Junior Chefs
• Prepare meals using fresh produce to meet 2AA rosette standards
• Handle restaurant and function catering
• Perform kitchen management duties

The Person

• Currently hold a Sous Chef position
• Ability to work independently with strong management skills
• Experience in hotels/restaurants, ideally with 2AA rosette standards
• Highly motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
• Stable career history
