Paramount Personnel are recruiting for a talented Sous Chef for our client, an award-winning Hotel in Kingsbridge, Devon. The successful candidate will ideally have a proven history within a fast-paced environment, be a driven individual, and be looking to expand their culinary skills within a progressive company.

The successful Sous Chef responsibilities include:

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes.
• Leading, motivating, managing, and training the kitchen team.
• Assisting the Head Chef to develop new dishes and menus, and assisting with all aspects of kitchen management.
• Stock control, ordering, dealing with suppliers, and all aspects of kitchen health, hygiene, and safety.
• Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety.
