Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team and lead a busy kitchen. You’ll work as second in command to the Head Chef, ensuring hot, quality dishes are prepared and presented to the pass every service.

You’ll manage the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence, run the line during service, and help develop the skills of the kitchen team while upholding the highest standards of food and service.

Qualifications

• Previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef.
• Assist Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
• Accountable for running the line during service.
• Oversee and encourage the kitchen team - helping to develop their skills.
• Be passionate about maintaining the highest standards of food and service.
