EGO - Shadwell is seeking a Sous Chef who thrives on delivering great food and developing people. You will run a kitchen section and lead the team, stepping in for the Head Chef when needed to ensure service runs smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and delivering high-quality dishes.
• Strong understanding of health & hygiene regulations in a busy kitchen.
• Experience working with branded menus and consistent quality.

Responsibilities

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
