Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Sous Chef for the Running Horse - Harvester in Maidstone, Kent. You will lead a kitchen section, train staff, and step up in the Head Chef’s absence to ensure high standards and smooth service.

The role is full-time and permanent, with responsibilities including managing food preparation, stock control, and adherence to health and hygiene regulations, all while delivering great guest experiences.

• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
