Harvester Merthyr Tydfil is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section, train and motivate a team, and step in when the Head Chef is away. You will work closely with the Head Chef on menus, ordering, and ensuring timely, quality dishes in a busy environment.

Qualificações

• Experience supervising a kitchen team.
• Ability to train and develop junior staff.
• Familiar with menus and brand standards.
• Knowledge of food ordering, storage and inventory controls.
• Strong focus on food hygiene and safety standards.

• Run a kitchen section and lead the team to work as one unit.
• Step in to lead in the Head Chef's absence.
• Support Head Chef with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
