Job summary

Signature Senior Lifestyle in Reigate is seeking a Sous Chef to lead food preparation in our luxury care and nursing home kitchen. You will report to the Head Chef and ensure every dish is nutritious and restaurant-quality.

You will mentor the Chef de Partie and Commis Chef, drive menu development with creativity, and contribute to maintaining high standards across all meals for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience working in a kitchen.
• NVQ Level 2/3 in Food Hygiene or Catering Services.
• Supervisory experience and COSHH awareness.

Responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen running smoothly as second in command to the Head Chef.
• Develop and supervise the Chef de Partie and Commis Chef.
• Regularly review and develop the menu with the Head Chef.
