Job summary

Rose and Crown in Wimbledon Village is seeking an experienced Sous Chef or Senior CDP to join our welcoming kitchen. You will lead with passion, champion quality fresh food, and help design daily specials alongside the Head Chef.

This hands-on role emphasizes team development, rota management, training and health and safety, with opportunities to create menus, drive sales, and deliver excellent service in a cosy, guest-friendly setting.

Qualifications

• Looking for an existing Sous Chef or Senior CDP transitioning to the next step.
• Natural leadership with a passion for producing quality fresh food.
• Active hands-on Chef with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage kitchen rota, training and health & safety.
