Job summary

The Ned in London is seeking an experienced chef to support senior leadership in a multi-kitchen operation. You will help run 11 kitchens, lead teams, and ensure consistent, high-quality preparation and presentation of meat, fish, poultry, and vegetables.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a kitchen team and leading service.
• Ability to maintain Ned standards in food quality and presentation.
• Strong attention to health and safety in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen team alongside Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef.
• Prepare and oversee mise en place and daily operations.
• Cook and present meat, fish, poultry and vegetables to Ned standards.
• Involve in display cooking for restaurants when applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of kitchen areas.
