EGO - Shadwell is seeking a Sous Chef with a passion for great food and training people. You will lead a section, ensuring your team works as one and step up in the Head Chef's absence. Join a family of premium pubs with a Mediterranean-inspired menu across Ego sites.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team.
• Ability to train staff and manage a busy service.

Responsibilities

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
