Toby Carvery Hopgrove is seeking a passionate Sous Chef who loves great food, training people and making guests smile. You’ll lead a section, keep your team working as one, and step up in the absence of the Head Chef.

Qualifications

• Experience in high volume kitchen environments is essential.
• Ability to manage a kitchen section and train staff.
• Strong understanding of health and hygiene regulations.

Responsibilities

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Master the art of working with a branded menu.
• Confidently manage Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
