Please note: This role is contracted to 45 weeks per year.

What you'll be doing:

As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, cooking, and presenting food to the standards required by the Company and the Client. You will also manage stock and waste control, ensure hygiene and H&S standards are met, and work closely with the onsite leadership team.
