Please note: This role is contracted to 45 weeks per year.

What you'll be doing:

As a Sous Chef, you'll plan, prepare, cook, and present food to the required standards. You'll manage stock and waste control, ensure hygiene and health & safety compliance, and collaborate with the onsite leadership team.
