Sous Chef/ Junior Sous Chef

SALARY & BENEFITS

£35,000 per annum + monthly service charge payment

  • 4 weeks holiday rising to 5 weeks with service

THE ROLE

Join a team of 4 Chefs and Kitchen Porters delivering 2 Rosette food at Mulberry Restaurant, involving afternoon tea, room service, and wedding/function food prep. Work with the Head Chef to produce a range of dishes, developing your technical, costing, and team management skills.

MAIN DUTIES

  • Work 5 days per week, flexible shifts including weekends
  • Be part of a team of 4 chefs and 2 kitchen porters
  • Create high-standard, Rosette-level Brasserie-style food
  • Prepare meals for various services and events
  • Follow food hygiene policies to ensure safety

REQUIREMENTS
