THE ROLE
A great opportunity to join a team of 4 Chefs and Kitchen Porters who deliver 2 Rosette food in our Mulberry Restaurant using fresh local ingredients. You will also be involved with afternoon tea, room service, and wedding/function food preparation. Please see our website for sample menus outlining the range of fresh menu choices you would be preparing.
Working with our experienced Head Chef to produce a range of dishes for our Mulberry Restaurant as well as for our exclusive events, weddings, and function clients. Involvement across all areas of the kitchen will allow you to develop your technical, costing, team management, and coaching skills.
