We’re seeking a Sous Chef to join our team, working closely with the team and reporting to our Head Chef.
As a Sous Chef, you'll work with a menu full of flavor, provenance, and seasonality. Our all-day menu celebrates the diverse, modern French food landscape with indulgent classic dishes and lighter options.
The kitchen is yours as a Sous Chef. You'll collaborate with the Head Chef to create a motivated and safe environment. You’ll support the Head Chef and General Manager by maintaining the kitchen and ensuring your team has everything they need for a successful shift.
