Our hotel generates fifty percent of revenue from catering sales, often busier than many local restaurants, providing our chef teams with great development opportunities. You'll learn new skills, work in a fast-paced environment, and handle a variety of produce, some of which may be new to you.
We offer in-house on-the-job training and collaborate with our training provider to offer nationally recognized apprenticeships. Many of our Head Chefs have been promoted from within, starting as kitchen porters, demonstrating our commitment to internal career progression.
As a Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in ensuring the team maintains brand standards consistently and smoothly. Ideally, you will have experience at this level and be capable of developing and leading your team effectively.
