Hoburne Park are looking for a Sous Chef to join their team.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in the supervision of the Company’s various catering offerings within the park and ensure all the company’s standards and procedures are met
  • Assist the Head Chef in the maintenance and development of the Catering Services in accordance with the Company’s standards and requirements
  • Quality control
  • Food production, service and presentation
  • Cleanliness and hygiene including compliance with statutory regulations
  • Contractor services / ordering of food
  • Financial control
Requirements
  • Experience in the leisure and hospitality industry
  • Previous chef/kitchen experience
  • A high level of inter-personal skills
  • Self-motivation with a positive attitude
  • The ability to provide the highest level of customer care and service skills
Job Details

This is a permanent, full-time role, working 40 hours per week. The nature of our business necessitates that the successful applicant will be required to work evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
