Job summary

Wild Rose Holiday Park in Eden Valley is seeking a strong Sous Chef to help lead the kitchen team in a fast-paced, high-volume operation serving the main bar and restaurant, events, outdoor catering, leisure areas and a coffee shop. You will support day-to-day running, help lead service, maintain consistency and work closely with the brigade to keep standards high across a varied operation.

Live-on-park accommodation is available, and relocation support may be considered for the right person.

• Experience as Sous Chef in busy hospitality settings.
• Ability to manage a brigade during peak service.
• Commitment to quality, consistency and presentation.
