Qualifications
- Experienced Sous Chef from events, contract catering or multi-site operations.
- Strong fresh-food and event catering background.
- Comfortable with both 10-cover dinners and large-scale events.
- Confident leading teams in busy environments.
- Calm, organised and hands-on.
- Reliable and looking for a long-term opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef and Executive Chef with daily production.
- Lead teams during live events across London.
- Deliver both premium dining and high-volume catering.
- Manage permanent, freelance and agency chefs.
- Support event planning, preparation and logistics.
- Maintain food quality, presentation and cost control.
- Adapt confidently between different venues and service styles.
