Job summary

Corecruitment is recruiting a Production Head Chef for a major London destination, leading a busy production kitchen supporting multiple food outlets, hospitality and events. This role requires high-volume production experience, managing stock, food costs, labour and waste, while maintaining food safety and driving quality at scale.

The package includes £60,000–£63,000 with predominantly daytime hours and 47.5 hours per week across five days.

Qualifications

• High-volume production experience.
• Events, CPU, large hotel, banqueting or contract catering background.
• Strong experience managing and developing kitchen teams.
• Commercially confident with costs, stock and waste.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the production kitchen.
• Lead and develop the senior chefs and wider brigade.
• Drive food quality and consistency at scale.
• Manage stock, food costs, labour and waste.
• Maintain excellent food safety and compliance.
• Support hospitality and events when required.
