continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled Grill Chef to join our team.

We are looking for an experienced
Grill Chef who is passionate about grilling and cooking to perfection. The
Grill Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of burgers
and grilled items, ensuring that each dish meets our high standards of quality
and presentation. Alongside kitchen management tasks such as food safety and
more.

The successful candidate will
collaborate closely with the kitchen team to maintain seamless service and
manage high-volume production efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and
  cook burgers and grilled items according to established recipes and
  presentation guidelines
• Coordinate
  with kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders
• Communicate
  effectively with servers and other kitchen staff to ensure accurate and
  efficient service
• Manage
  high-volume production during peak hours with strong organisational skills
• Assist in
  training and mentoring junior kitchen staff as needed

Requirements:

• Previous
  experience as a Grill Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or
  catering establishment
• Proven ability
  to grill and cook various meats and other items to perfection
• Strong
  knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Excellent
  communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to
  work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Flexible
  availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
