I’m looking for a Sous Chef to join a well-respected banqueting and events venue in Churchdown. If you thrive in a busy kitchen but also value work-life balance, this role offers the best of both worlds – a fast-paced wedding season and relaxed winters with evenings off!

Flexible hours – busy summers, relaxed winters with 4-day weeks finishing at midday

Early starts, early finishes – structured shifts for a better lifestyle

ROTA: for summer

Tuesday to Friday: 7 AM - 2 PM

Saturday: 10 AM - 10 PM

Sunday & Monday OFF

What You’ll Need:

Experience in banqueting & large-scale events

Full driving licence – you’ll be responsible for the kitchen van

Strong organisational skills to handle peak wedding season

A positive, team-first attitude

One-day trial – informal meet & cook-off
