A leading catering company is looking for a Sous Chef to manage day shifts in a modern kitchen setting in Birmingham. This role offers a structured schedule, catering for a predetermined number of meals, guaranteeing a focused work environment with overtime pay. DAYTIME ONLY: A Sous Chef is required for a food led contract catering company. You and the team will be working with fresh produce completely bespoke to the clients needs. You will be working in a state of the art kitchen and operation and catering for up to 500 meals a day.
NO CHECK ON SERVICE: Are you a Sous Chef who wants to work somewhere you know how many people you are catering for days/weeks/months before? No more 40 people booked in for lunch and doing 150 - this role is all organised.
