What are we looking for in the successful Sous Chef?
Previous experience in a leadership role within a busy fresh food kitchen - this could be as sous or head chef - this does not suit a CDP stepping up
A positive 'can-do' attitude coupled with drive and enthusiasm to be the best you can be
A passion for food and cooking that is infectious, inspiring others to improve
Someone who is willing to be flexible and think outside the box to problem solve
