Salary: £33,000-£35,000 + tips

Hours: 35 per week with flexibility

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading service, ensuring top quality of dishes are being served
  • Supporting the head chef in all aspects of kitchen management
  • Bringing creativity to menus using fresh, seasonal produce
  • Working with fresh, seasonal ingredients to create quality pub dishes
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
