Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Sous Chef at the Stretton Fox to lead a kitchen section with a passion for great food, training teams and guest satisfaction. You’ll run a section and step up in the absence of the Head Chef, driving teamwork to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes.

You’ll manage food ordering, stock control and ensure health and hygiene standards across the kitchen, with opportunities for progression and staff discounts across the brand family.

Responsibilities

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
