What you need:

  1. Leadership Skills: Recruit, onboard, develop, and motivate your team. Be actively involved in service, especially during peak times, and be willing to roll up your sleeves and work alongside your team.
  2. Food Excellence: Ensure our burgers are cooked to order with uncompromising quality.
  3. Operational Management: Identify and resolve issues efficiently, manage food wait times, and meet customer expectations.
  4. Inventory & Supply Chain: Maintain oversight of stock levels, know your inventory, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
  5. Performance Monitoring & Development: Conduct constructive conversations, recognize top performers, and help team members reach their full potential.
  6. Can-Do Attitude: Thrive under pressure, especially during busy service times, without compromising attention to detail and standards.
  7. Composure & Work Ethic: Handle high-volume service (600+ covers daily) with a focus on quality and consistency.
