About the Role:

  • Support the Head Chef in delivering quality products, including Afternoon Teas, Picnics, and more.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team to maintain high standards.
  • Develop and refine menus, focusing on seasonal and fresh ingredients.
  • Lead by example in maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a Sous Chef role.
  • Proactive, efficient, and quality-focused.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP & Food Hygiene.
  • Passionate about food and wine events.
  • Two consecutive days off each week (Monday and Tuesday).
  • Generous annual leave with increasing days over tenure.
  • No split shifts and mainly daytime hours with occasional special events.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 per annum + discretionary service charge.
