We’re looking for a Sous Chef who’s not just a kitchen superstar but also a hospitality pro – someone who gets that amazing food is only half the story, and that outstanding client experience is what turns a meal into a moment.

The Role – What You’ll Be Serving Up:

  • Helping deliver exceptional food for VIP office hospitality, events and bespoke delivery catering – on time, on spec, and on point.
  • Ensuring food not only tastes incredible but is prepped, packed and presented beautifully for clients with high expectations (and even higher standards).
  • Stepping into client-facing roles when needed – setting up on-site, liaising with service teams and ensuring everything runs smoother than beurre blanc.
  • Maintaining the highest levels of food hygiene, allergen safety and kitchen professionalism. Michelin mindset, even in a central kitchen.
  • Constantly looking for smarter, slicker ways of working to help our clients shine (and make our kitchen even more efficient).

What You’ll Need in Your Apron Pocket:

  • Strong experience in a senior kitchen role, with high-end hospitality, events or corporate catering clients.
  • An instinctive understanding of five-star service – whether it’s behind the pass or behind the scenes.
  • A natural ability to communicate clearly, positively and professionally – with clients, team members and everyone in between.
  • Pride in presentation – from plate to packaging, you know the details matter.
  • Impeccable standards when it comes to food safety, allergens, and kitchen systems.
  • The organisational flair to juggle multiple menus, multiple deadlines, and still make time for that last-minute VIP canapé tray.
  • Comfort using modern kitchen and catering tech.
  • Love the buzz of a fast-paced hospitality service – and make calm look effortless.
  • Take pride in creating food and service that people talk about long after they’ve eaten it.
  • Understand the nuances of delivering consistent quality for high-profile, high-value clients.
