As a sous chef, you'll be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for our guests and teams. An expert in food quality and standards, with exceptional food knowledge, you'll lead, engage, and inspire your team.

• Are passionate about supporting your team, focusing on training and developing others to help them excel and maintain high standards.
• Have experience managing the line, planning shifts to ensure proper coverage, and enjoy coaching on the go.
• Support your kitchen’s food, health, safety standards, and understand financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
