The Role

We are looking for a new Sous Chef to join our Prezzo team, demonstrating strong leadership, performance-driving abilities, and consistency in kitchen operations. As a Sous Chef, you will:

• Prepare and cook high-quality Italian cuisine.
• Lead your kitchen team, managing processes including health and safety, stock, ordering, and staff development.
• Work closely with the Head Chef.

Location

Our restaurant is situated on North Street in the historic market town, within the former George Hotel, dating back to the late 14th century. The building has hosted Charles I and Charles II, and was beautifully refurbished in 2010 to blend historic charm with modern dining.
