We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to continue to develop and deliver seasonally inspired menus, using the very best ingredients our county has to offer. You will be leading and empowering our established team to push our food offering to the next level. Supporting our Head Chef and Senior Sous'you will use your experience and passion to drive excellence, creativity and development. Our ideal candidate demonstrates the ability to consistently deliver a quality product, knows the importance of working in a clean, tidy, organised manner, and has a natural tendency to do everything to the best of their ability.
Responsibilities and Duties:
We work straight shifts covering breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, as well as some functions.
