Shift Pattern: 5 over 7 days, 37.5 hours per week


Salary: £28,383 per annum

What You’ll Do:
  • Support hospitality and event functions
  • Step in for the head chef during absences to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Assist in creating, ordering, and compiling weekly menus
  • Share responsibility for daily Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and customer service
  • Collaborate with the head chef to manage kitchen areas and team performance
