We are looking for a Sous Chef to join a highly regarded banqueting and events venue in Churchdown. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants work-life balance with seasonal flexibility .

What's on Offer?

* £30K-£35K + tronc

* Flexible hours - busy wedding season but relaxed winters with 4-day weeks finishing at midday

* Early starts, early finishes - structured shifts for better work-life balance

* Summer schedule:

* Midweek: 7 AM - 2 PM

* Saturday: 10 AM - 10 PM

* Sunday & Monday off

What You'll Need:

* Experience in banqueting & large-scale events

* Ability to drive - you'll be responsible for the kitchen van

* Strong organisational skills to handle busy wedding seasons

* A positive attitude & team spirit

* One-day trial - informal meet & cook-off
