Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef in leading a culinary team that provides a nutritionally balanced, high-quality culinary service to residents.
• Prepare modified diets, ensuring they are appealing and balanced.
• Supervise and direct the work of culinary staff, and provide instruction to junior staff on simple food preparation activities.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are upheld.
• Contribute to the well-being of residents within a budget.
