Responsibilities

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes
• Leading, motivating, managing, and training the kitchen team
• Assisting the Head Chef in developing new dishes and menus, and managing all aspects of kitchen operations
• Stock control, ordering, dealing with suppliers, and maintaining kitchen health, hygiene, and safety standards
• Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and safety compliance within the team
