Job description

This Sous Chef role is for one of the most prestigious hotels near Nottingham, renowned for numerous awards. It presents a great opportunity for a Sous Chef who enjoys leading and guiding a team. Shift Pattern

A balanced shift pattern with a couple of 10am - 6pm shifts followed by three late shifts with staggered start times from 11am - 2pm.
