We’re working with a beautifully restored, independently run country pub tucked away in the Cotswolds. Known for its seasonal menus, relaxed charm, and warm hospitality, they’re now looking for a Sous Chef to join their small, close-knit kitchen team of three.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a passionate and reliable chef who loves working with fresh produce, thrives in a friendly team, and enjoys the buzz of a busy service.

  • Working 48 hours per week with a mix of straight and split shifts – flexibility available

Responsibilities as the Sous Chef…

  • Supporting the Head Chef with the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen
  • Cooking for up to 50 covers per service during busy periods
  • Running your section and stepping up when the Head Chef is off
  • Getting stuck into prep, service, and maintaining high food hygiene standards
  • Helping mentor junior team members in a collaborative kitchen culture

This role would suit a strong Sous Chef or a confident Junior Sous Chef who is ready to take that next step. If you love cooking honest, quality food in a welcoming environment, this could be the perfect fit.
