We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sous Chef to join the kitchen brigade. The ideal candidate will need to be focused and have the ability to work as part of a team.

  • Salary up to £36k per annum

  • Driving license preferable, due to location.

Set in Salcombe, Devon, this restaurant is looking for a talented Sous Chef that can create exceptional dishes with the very best ingredients, and oversee the kitchen brigade working closely with the Head Chef.

The successful Sous Chef will ideally have;

  • Sound kitchen experience from a fine dining setting.
  • Fine Dining Experience.
  • Clear passion for the industry and food.
  • Natural ability as a chef with outstanding attention to detail.
  • Real ambition to succeed at the highest level.
  • Dedicated and excellent team player and able to step up in the Head Chef’s absence.
  • Previous experience at Sous Chef level from a restaurant/Hotel background.

The successful individual will be well organised and passionate about the industry, have a positive and flexible attitude towards your working environment, someone who will thrive in a pressured environment, and will always make sure they are presented to a high standard.
