Our client in Mullion, near Helston, is seeking a Sous Chef to join their current kitchen team for the next 6 months.
The hotel offers extensive leisure and spa facilities, a stunning location, and provides an exceptional luxury experience to guests. As a Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and assist in leading the brigade in the Head Chef's absence.
Requirements include a strong and steady Rosette background in similar establishments, confidence and capability to run all sections, and the ability to lead a passionate team.
This is a full-time seasonal role from May to October, with an annual salary between £32,000 - £35,000.
