The Crown Martley is a brand new venue opened in March 2025. Following the hugely successful launch, we are looking to further strengthen our team with a passionate and ambitious Sous Chef to join the team.
Purpose of the Role
The Sous Chef will lead the kitchen staff during the Head Chef's absence, guiding and supervising the junior kitchen staff during food preparation and assisting the Head Chef in menu preparation.
