A French-inspired restaurant group is seeking a Sous Chef to join their team in Worcester. This role involves managing kitchen operations, assisting the Head Chef in menu creation, and ensuring food quality and team motivation. We’re looking for a Sous Chef to join our team, working shoulder to shoulder with the team and reporting to our Head Chef.
As a Sous Chef, you’ll work with a menu full of flavor, provenance, and seasonality. Our all-day menu showcases modern French cuisine with indulgent classics balanced with lighter options.
The kitchen is yours as a Sous Chef. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef to create a motivated and safe environment for all our chefs. You’ll support the Head Chef and General Manager by ensuring the kitchen is in top condition and that the team has everything they need for a successful shift.
