A leading company in the food service sector is seeking an ambitious Sous Chef to create exceptional food experiences. You will collaborate with the Lead Chef and nutritionist at the Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club Academy, focusing on innovative menu planning and high culinary standards. We're currently recruiting an ambitious Sous Chef to help us create exceptional food experiences for Levy on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food that brightens our clients' and customers' days, within the market-leading food service company in the UK. Role Summary:
To assist in delivering catering support services that provide competitive advantages to the Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club Academy teams. You will work with the Training Ground Head Chef, Academy Lead Chef, and nutritionist for all food production across the Academy & staff.
You will assist in developing performance menus alongside the Lead Chef and nutritionist.
