Job description

Sous Chef is required in the Woking area. This hotel has a range of menus including weddings, events, and the restaurant side. You will support the head chef in the running of the kitchen; due to the nature of weddings and events, every day will be slightly different.

The Role
As a sous chef, you will support the head chef in this small kitchen team. You will ensure all the prep is ready for the wedding and events, ensure the function sheet prep is done, and cook in service for the restaurant side. This sous chef position will include all the normal sous chef duties.

Experience
We are looking for a sous chef from a fresh food background who is able to manage functions and events. You will be organized, able to plan prep lists from function sheets, and have a good knowledge of cookery.
