Qualifications

  • Experience in NVQ level 2/3 or a busy kitchen.
  • Basic IT skills required.
  • Experience in menu production and bulk cooking.

  • 40 hours per week
  • 5/7 Shifts are either 0545-1415, 1100-1930 or 0800-1630
  • £15.50 per hour

What you'll do:

  • Supervise with running service/preparation/other duties of the busy working kitchen
  • Ensuring strict adherence to all EHO guidelines and systems
  • Working with the FOH team to drive the service excellence
  • Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations
  • Prepare, produce and present food to the highest standard
  • Place food orders and plan menus
  • Usure the kitchen follows all compliance procedures

What you bring:

  • NVQ lv 2/3 or a busy kitchen environment experience
  • Basic IT skills
  • Experience in menuproduction and confident input
  • Exposure to bulk cooking
  • The enthusiasm to develop and learn new skills
