MITCHELLS & BUTLERS PLC is recruiting a Junior Sous Chef for the Oatlands Chaser in Weybridge. You will cook to brand specifications, support the senior team, and manage a kitchen section to drive consistency and quality across shifts.

Qualifications

• Junior Sous Chef required for Oatlands Chaser by MITCHELLS & BUTLERS PLC.
• Must be able to cook to specification and maintain brand standards.
• Strong teamwork, leadership, and the ability to run a kitchen section.
