Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced kitchen as a Sous Chef or similar role.
  • Ability to train and inspire a kitchen team.
  • Mastery of branded menu preparation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef.
  • Ensure quality food delivery and maintain stock control.
  • Conform to all health and hygiene regulations.
