Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and staff.
• Prepare and present high-quality dishes in accordance with the restaurant's menu.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and to the restaurant’s standards.
• Supervise kitchen staff and provide training and mentorship.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or relevant role in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Culinary school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Excellent leadership abilities and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively.
