Job summary

The Botanist West Bridgford, part of The New World Trading Company, is hiring a Sous Chef to lead kitchen service with a passion for great food, teamwork and memorable dining experiences.

In this role you will support the Head Chef, coach the kitchen team and help ensure every service is delivered with consistency, quality and care. You’ll drive food safety, standards and a positive working culture across shifts.

Qualifications

• Strong culinary skills and leadership experience.
• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie is desirable.
